Iron Glass Design LLC is  dedicated to innovative design in glass art for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. We have put thousands of hours in research, development and testing into our products to assure a lifetime of beauty and reliability.

Our custom glass inserts are on hundreds of Harleys in the USA, Canada and Japan.

We started Iron Glass Design with a few core ideas.

We all love our chrome.

Now imagine the chrome shining through a 1/4" of deep colored glass.

Our translucent glass lets light light pass through.

When it hits the chrome the light comes back in glowing color.

Our opal glass, like black lava, stands on its own. This glass will reflect all light back with rich metallic specks and deep patterns under clear.

Our products are designed to fit most Harley Davidson EVO and Twin Cam bikes 1992 - 2007.

We make custom glass air cleaner covers, timing (timer) covers, derby (clutch) covers, chain inspection covers and inserts for hard bags including Police bikes. 

Custom console inserts and dash inserts are available for the Electra Glide, Ultra Glide, Road Glide, Street Glide, Road King Classic and Road King Custom. We also have a glass insert for the Softail Ignition switch. 

Our LED designs offer you a way to let your glass glow in the evening hours. They don't rotate, they don't change colors and they don't make your bike look like a Christmas tree.

Hidden in the air cleaner cover or the derby cover our LED designs add a margin of safety for side visibility. People are going to see your bike at night and they will like what they see.
