We accomplish this by working closely with our customers, helping with ideas and listening to them.

Before we begin your work, we can send samples of the glass so you can see the color and quality. If you like the sample, you are going to love the finished parts. Our quality is top shelf. 

We like to consider a couple of things to help you find your personal style in accessories. One is the color of the bike and the pin striping. Next is what you want to achieve with a custom look, bold brilliant colors or subtle accents.

Turn around time: 

Iron Glass Design inserts and covers for Harleys are custom made for you and your bike. We have seen a large increase in orders in 2012 and have developed a production plan to keep up with the demand. We run our parts in batches, usually working on 5 - 10 bikes per month. All confirmed orders will go into work on the first of every month and usually take 4 - 6 weeks to complete. 

Payment:

We accept electronic payment by PayPal, or you can send a personal check. We follow strict privacy rules and do not share or store your information.
A 50% deposit may be requested for large or special orders,

Shipping: We ship USPS priority mail. Shipping is based on weight. Average cost is $7 - $15.

Installation:

We use special adhesives to bond the glass inserts on the Derby covers, Air cleaner covers and Fuel door covers. These will be shipped ready to bolt on. See the pricing page for more details.  

For Console inserts and most small parts you just remove the old one and replace it with the glass cover or insert. Depending on the application, Silicone adhesive, 3M double sided trim tape or double sided clear acrylic tape is provided. These are industrial grade tapes and hold very well. Installation instructions will be provided; we will get those online soon.
